In stock orders will ship within 2 business days. Customized and backordered pieces require 1 to 2 weeks for production.

When the item has shipped, we will email you the tracking information. All pieces require a signature to be delivered. The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts.

We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.
